In addition to our comprehensive manufacturing facility, the PAR site in Nottingham also houses an extensive Zinc Plating Line, enabling application of a zinc protective finish for pieces up to 1m x 1m x 1.8m in length and weighing up to a massive 150kg. 
From the PAR 1000 kg Castor Jack, to our Access Platform Open Screw Jacks, bright zinc plating will provide an outstanding durable finish, proven across multiple industries and environments. Available for most of our own designs & bespoke fabrications. 
For smaller components that require corrosion resistance plating, we also have a complete barrel plating line. Though our plating line is in constant use for zinc plating our own products, we are able to offer plating on a sub-contract basis from our site here in Nottingham.
